Making an Appointment
Please feel free to call me at 888-430-8521. If I am unable to talk when you call, I will contact you within 72 business hours for a short phone consultation that will help us determine whether I am the right fit for the work you are seeking to do in counseling. If I am not the right fit, I will happily help you find other referral options as I know it can be daunting to try to go through this process again.
After we have you scheduled for that first appointment, I will send you a link to a client portal to complete initial paperwork that will assist us in getting started.
If you are a returning client, please go directly to the client portal. You will receive an email and/or text (depending on your preference) confirming your appointment. The client portal link is directly linked to Electronic Medical Record and occasionally it will show as though there are no availabilities. If you are a returning client attempting to reschedule and you cannot see availability, please contact by phone.
Payment and Fees
Currently, I accept self-pay clients and those insured by Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO and Medicare. However, other insurance plans will reimburse you at their out-of-network rate. I am happy to give you the necessary documentation to submit. I accept FSA/Healthcare spending accounts as well.
For your convenience, the client portal allows you to input credit card information if you choose. Payment will only be authorized once our session has concluded. I will send you a receipt via secure messaging. Otherwise payment will be accepted at the time of service through cash, check, or any major credit card, including FSA cards.
